Mattson | Landscaping

Owner and Tri-cities native Mike Mattson is a 1986 graduate of Grand Haven High School and earned his associate degree in ornamental horticulture and bachelor degree in small business management from Ferris State University.  Spanning nearly 30 years, his career in landscaping and design includes three years in the wholesale nursery industry.  Mike’s honesty, integrity and devotion to his craft have won him the trust of his peers.  He has served as a board member and treasurer of the West Michigan Nursery & Landscape Association and is a Certified Michigan Nurseryman.

 

Mike demonstrates his commitment to family and community by involvement in organizations such as the (SAL) where, as a founding member, he served as commander, membership director and chairman of two state conventions. He has also serves on the board of the Holland Hockey Association and coached for the Muskegon Chiefs youth hockey organization, the Young Bucs travel baseball team and TriCities Kids League, where he and wife, Becky enjoy cheering on their 10 year old son, Dean.
